How does the rental process work?

Choose your package online, Create your account(optional), Add your delivery and Pickup address, add a payment method add your bundle to the cart and checkout, please add notes for delivery on the Mycart screen, after your confirmation mail arrives, we will contact you if we have any cuestions, we deliver the sanitized boxes to your door, you move at your own pace, and we pick them up from your new location when you're finished.

For how long can I rent the boxes?

The standard rental is for one week. If you need more time, you can set up the number of weeks you need at check out or simply contact us via text or email and we can extend your rental period for a small weekly/monthly fee.

Are the boxes cleaned before delivery?

Absolutely. Every Panda Box is steam-cleaned and sanitized with eco-friendly odor free products after every rental to ensure they arrive at your home in pristine condition.

How does the rental process work?

No, all our bundles are free delivery and pickup within our standard service area for most packages. within Greater Victoria area, Nanaimo, ladysmith.

Can I pay in cash or by credit card at the time of delivery?

Yes, you can pay on site at the time of delivery. Just contact us through our form and let us know if you plan to pay in cash or by credit/debit card

What if I need more Panda Boxes while I’m in the middle of my move?

You can easily order additional Panda Boxes if you need more during your move. Simply place another order through our website, send us an email at info@pandaboxes.ca, or text us at 250-986-7389 with the number of boxes you need.

Additional boxes are $5 each + tax, and we will deliver them the same day at no extra delivery cost.
